Christine Hahn

CHRISTINE HAHN studied fine arts, graphic design, and art history at Hunter College in New York, the Art Academy in Cincinnati, and Montgomery College in Maryland. She works in a variety of media and forms including painting, photography, video, print, and music and has exhibited in numerous solo and group shows. While pursuing studies in New York, she became involved in the downtown art scene and began performing as a musician. She then relocated to Berlin where she recorded, performed and traveled extensively. After her return to the US she worked as a graphic designer in print and publications, and later as new media specialist for the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington DC. During this period she continued to exhibit her own work. She has a studio in Braddock Heights, Maryland, where she resides with her family.
